Description
The STB-74 screw terminal board allows you to break out signals from an I/O card to screw terminals for easy field signal wiring of relays, sensors, and switches commonly found in industrial environments. It features a pair of male and female DB37 connectors and can be used with any I/O card that has compatible DB37 male and female mating connectors. The STB-74 can be mounted using the provided 4/40 x ½ inch standoffs to a panel or plate. Additionally, the board can be mounted directly to the enclosure of the USB-AO Series of USB modules. With the purchase of the MP104-DIN accessory, the STB-74 can be mounted directly to a DIN-Rail. For OEMs using ACCES USB boards, the STB-74 can be mounted directly to the board itself using the provided standoffs. Two different mating cables are offered.
The STB-74 KIT is used to mount the STB-74 to our USB-AO series and includes the STB-74, the mounting hardware and the following cables:
Part number C37FF-2.125 is a 2.125 inches long ribbon cable with two DB37 female connectors.
Part number C37MM-2.125 is a 2.125 inches long ribbon cable with two DB37 male connectors.
The universal nature of the STB-74 allows for analog and digital connectivity with a variety of ACCES products. It’s compact and small (3.775″ X 3.550″), ideal for tight spaces. What makes the STB-74 screw terminal board unique is that its PCB size and pre-drilled mounting holes match the USB/104 and PC/104 form factors. This ensures a variety of easy and flexible installation and mounting options using standard standoffs.
